Materials
All the wood used in the construction of the Pinelog Lodges at Kipp Forest Lodges is PTFC rated and comes from responsibly managed forests.
The standard insulation used in the walls and roof far exceeds the building code requirements, and makes for a much more energy efficient home.And as there are no uPVC windows in the lodges and the main support beams are wood and not steel, the carbon footprint of each Pinelog Lodge is much smaller than more traditional building methods.

10 Year Warranty
Kipp Forest Lodges' Pinelog Lodges carry a 10 year structural manufacturer’s warranty and the grand lease is for 50 years for new Pinelog Lodges whilst remaining in the original Owner’s family. Ex-hire and pre-owned lodge leases are still for a minimum of 30 years.
The 3-bedroom Show Lodge is for rent and sale.

Rates
Pitch fees for Pinelog holiday lodges for the 2010 season are £3,065 (inc VAT) & Rates are around £710.
We always recommend a fair re-sale price but sellers are not restricted to selling at our recommended value. We charge commission on the resale, the norm is 15% +VAT but for Pinelog Lodge Owners this rate can be as low as 5% +VAT.
